Are you looking for a way to serve your community?  Are you newly retired and seeking meaningful ways to spend your time?  Are you trying to build your resume?

This exciting program will introduce up and coming leaders to the value of serving on nonprofit boards while linking them to agencies searching for new leaders.

The free 90-minute training focuses on the areas of governance, strategic planning, nonprofit fiscal management, leadership and ethics.  Participants will strengthen leadership and management skills while creating networking opportunities. 

Participants will be asked to fill out an interest form that will be used to assist agencies in filling positions on their boards.

Agencies will be able to draw from the Board Bank after completing a workshop designed to help them use their boards more effectively.
